The Master Exhibit Index
A folder is not an exhibit. This page puts the public receipts in order: source, classification, use, then the visual proof.
Ordered receipts
Public redactions
Court-style story
You came for the evidence. Here it is. Every exhibit below is laid out in order — each one with its source, a plain-language label, and why it matters. The full classification key and the complete exhibit list are at the bottom of the page for anyone who wants the reference.
Can't give right now? Sharing this helps just as much.
EX-001 - Official allegation baseline
Source: Harrison County Sheriff's Office public allegation screenshot, redacted crop.
Classification: FACT as a public screenshot. The underlying allegation still needs source records, bodycam, dashcam, CAD, dispatch audio, witness statements, officer reports, and any church video.
Use: This is the starting point. Before arguing over rumors, the record has to preserve the exact public allegation language.

EX-001 - HCSO public allegation wording
FACTRedacted crop of the Harrison County Sheriff's Office public allegation screenshot. This is the baseline wording before the online story grew into stronger claims I dispute.
EX-002 - The public story escalation I dispute
Source: Redacted public Facebook screenshot.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: This is why the bodycam matters. The official public wording and the later public version are not the same thing. If people are going to repeat a version that says I pulled out a gun and pointed it at a vehicle, then the source footage needs to be released.

EX-002 - Public escalation of the gun story
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted public screenshot claiming a video said I pulled out the gun and pointed it at the vehicle. That is the version I dispute.
EX-003 - The Costello video receipt
Source: Public video receipt preserved as a redacted/edited public clip, with source copies preserved privately.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: This belongs early because it is part of the source-chain around the church dispute. The point is not to ask readers to take my word for it. The point is to show the clip, preserve the words, and compare it to the story being told about me.

EX-003A - Costello video poster frame
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONPoster frame from the edited 41-second public receipt. The video receipt appears directly below.
EX-004 to EX-007 - Public thread context after the story spread
Source: Redacted public screenshots from the local church dispute discussion.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: These exhibits show the environment created after the story was repeated publicly. They do not prove the entire case by themselves. They show why the source records matter and why threats and public exaggerations cannot be ignored.

EX-004 - "he had his Bible" comment
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted public comment saying Jon had a Bible and had his back to me. This matters next to the video language.

EX-005 - "to the point of getting violent" comment
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted public comment saying Jon was to the point of getting violent, followed by another public comment about someone needing to kick my ass.

EX-006 - "they'll just find pieces of you" comment
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted public comment responding to the gun narrative with "they'll just find pieces of you."

EX-007 - "I'll beat yo ass" public threat
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted public comment preserving the threat language while blacking out the street address.
EX-008 and EX-009 - Treece public comment and Messenger threat
Source: Redacted public Facebook screenshot and redacted Messenger screenshot.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: This is the clean order: public comment first, polite request to take it down, then threat-language in Messenger. That order matters.

EX-008 - Trey Treece public family comment
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted screenshot of a Trey Treece comment on my August 20, 2025 Facebook post. The visible comment includes family language and "id love to square up with u."

EX-009 - Treece Messenger threat thread
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONRedacted Messenger screenshot from the Jessica, Trey, Amanda thread. The visible language includes "I love to beat the shit out of bullies like u" and "only warning."
EX-010A - May 12, 2026 Harrison County call summary
Source: Transcript of Ryan Nichols' May 12, 2026 call with Harrison County.
Classification: PRIVATE / NOT PUBLIC for the raw transcript. Public summary only.
Use: This shows I reported the other side of the online conduct, told Harrison County about screenshots and videos, raised the disputed public story, asked for records, and was told the call would be documented. The raw transcript contains private caller data and should not be posted publicly in full.
Public summary: I called Harrison County, reported that people were saying and doing worse things to me online than what they were accusing me of, explained that I had receipts, raised the disputed church narrative, raised the need for bodycam and source records, and described why equal treatment matters. That call belongs in the record because it shows I did not just post online. I tried to document it through the county too.
EX-010B - July 13 bodycam history is separate from the church case
Source: July 13, 2025 incident file, case file 25-019731 screenshots, Ryan statement, and bodycam-critical-moment notes preserved in the private evidence file.
Classification: RYAN STATEMENT plus FACT as screenshots. The underlying July 13 bodycam and transcript notes still need courtroom authentication if used in a filing.
Use: This is the correction. The screenshots where I was talking politely with Cindy Black about video-footage cost, processing fees, and Lt. England bodycam belong to a separate July 13, 2025 incident. They do not belong to the May 2026 church case.
Here is the point: this is not my first disputed gun story. My position is that Bonnie Nichols later testified in another hearing that I fired a gun at the house on July 13, 2025. I deny that. My July 13 file says the record instead involves Lt. Ron England, my father-in-law's firearm reach, and bodycam/source footage that should be compared to the accusation.
That prior bodycam-request history matters because it shows why the footage matters now. When a gun story is repeated in court or online, the answer is not rumor. The answer is the bodycam, the report, the dispatch record, the source video, and the exact timeline.

EX-010B-1 - Separate July 13 bodycam cost response
FACTOriginal screenshot from case file 25-019731. Cindy Black describes video-footage fees and processing costs. This belongs to the July 13 / Lt. England file, not the church case.

EX-010B-2 - Ryan authorizes Lt. England bodycam processing
FACTOriginal screenshot from the same separate file. The visible text references paying for Lt. England bodycam footage from that incident. No driver's-license image is published here.

EX-010B-3 - Cindy Black confirms receipt in the separate file
FACTOriginal screenshot from the same separate file showing the request chain continued civilly. This is prior-incident context, not the church bodycam refusal.
EX-011 to EX-013 - Current church case bodycam requests, in order
Source: May 18-19, 2026 church-case records screenshots and redacted public request images.
Classification: FACT as screenshots, with Ryan's stated legal interpretation marked as RYAN STATEMENT.
Use: This is the current case. This is not the July 13 file. On the church case, Cindy Black wrote that the case was still active and that the call sheet was all she could release at that time. I immediately replied that the bodycam matters because the public story had changed online. Then I sent a second written request with counsel copied in the private source file.

EX-011 - Current church case: active-case / call-sheet-only response
FACTOriginal screenshot from May 18, 2026. Cindy Black wrote that the case was still active and the call sheet was all she could release at that time.

EX-012 - Ryan reply: bodycam and changed-story issue
FACT / RYAN STATEMENTOriginal screenshot from May 18, 2026. I replied that the bodycam was the record that could test the changed public story and wrote that I viewed the refusal as obstructing my case.

EX-013 - Second church bodycam request, public redacted version
FACT / RYAN STATEMENTRedacted public screenshot from May 19, 2026. The private source file preserves the counsel-copy chain; the public exhibit keeps unnecessary email details out of the article.
EX-014 to EX-016 - X enforcement receipts
Source: X screenshots preserved from account-lock/enforcement events.
Classification: FACT as screenshots, with underlying platform data needing platform records for full authentication.
Use: This section shows the platform-enforcement side of the record. The point is not that every other person must be banned. The point is that a fair record cannot preserve only my response while ignoring the bait, pile-on, mass-reporting, and threat language aimed at me.

EX-014 - X account limitation notice
FACTScreenshot of the X account limitation notice. This is the enforcement side of the record.

EX-015 - Locked tweet context
FACTScreenshot of the tweet context connected to an account-lock event. The surrounding posts matter because context is the point.

EX-016A - Thread context around the lock
FACTScreenshot preserving the surrounding thread context. This prevents a one-sided record where only the response survives.

EX-016B - "deserve life in prison" reply
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONScreenshot of a public reply saying I deserve life in prison. This is part of the pressure pattern.
EX-017 to EX-020 - Liam Nissan mass-report source chain
Source: Public X screenshots preserved from the Liam Nissan sequence.
Classification: FACT as screenshots, with underlying platform data needing platform records for full authentication.
Use: This shows how public pile-ons and mass-reporting can distort the record. If a platform action is used against me, the context that produced it belongs in the exhibit chain too.

EX-017 - Liam Nissan initial reply
FACTScreenshot of the initial public reply in the Liam Nissan account-lock sequence.

EX-018 - Liam Nissan profile context
FACTProfile screenshot showing account-size/context at the time preserved.

EX-019 - Quote-tweet pile-on context
FACTScreenshot of the quote-tweet that helped turn a reply into a pile-on.

EX-020 - Mass-report admission screenshot
FACTScreenshot preserving the statement about casually getting my account banned. This is a key source-chain receipt.
EX-021 - 55-receipt threat wall, sample batch A
Source: Fresh public X screenshots captured for the threat-wall article.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: This sample batch shows the same pattern repeated by different accounts: prison, death, traitor, hanging, bloodline, and dehumanizing language. The full wall is published in The Record They Can't Bury.

EX-021A - Threat wall sample 1
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-021B - Threat wall sample 2
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-021C - Threat wall sample 3
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-021D - Threat wall sample 4
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.
EX-022 - 55-receipt threat wall, sample batch B
Source: Fresh public X screenshots captured for the threat-wall article.
Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.
Use: A single receipt can be dismissed as noise. A wall of receipts is different. These samples point to the broader pattern while the full wall preserves the wider record.

EX-022A - Threat wall sample 5
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-022B - Threat wall sample 6
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-022C - Threat wall sample 7
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.

EX-022D - Threat wall sample 8
NEEDS AUTHENTICATIONFresh public X reply captured for the 55-receipt wall.
EX-023 - Master exhibit matrix preview
Source: Public preview image of the Master Exhibit Index and Evidence-Classification Matrix.
Classification: FACT as a filing preview.
Use: This shows the court-style matrix exists. The public page is not a substitute for the full filing, but it gives readers the structure: exhibit number, source, classification, and use.

EX-023 - Master exhibit matrix page one
FACTPage one of the Master Exhibit Index and Evidence-Classification Matrix. This is the table that labels receipts by exhibit number, source, classification, and use.
EX-024 - Master declaration preview
Source: Public preview images of the master declaration.
Classification: RYAN STATEMENT / filing preview.
Use: The declaration is the narrative spine. The screenshots and public posts matter, but the declaration is where I put my account in sworn, organized form.

EX-024A - Master declaration page one
RYAN STATEMENTPage one of the master declaration. This is the sworn narrative spine that ties receipts to dates, events, and requested relief.

EX-024B - Master declaration page two
RYAN STATEMENTPage two of the master declaration. The public preview shows the declaration exists without publishing private material that should stay in the court/private file.
EX-025 - Motion package previews
Source: Public preview images from the motion package.
Classification: FACT as filing previews.
Use: These previews show the procedural record exists. They are placed after the underlying receipts because the filings are built from the receipt chain, not the other way around.

EX-025A - Motion 1 filing preview
FACTFirst page of a filed motion package. This is part of the procedural record, not a social-media argument.

EX-025B - Motion 2 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the second motion package. The purpose is to show the court-facing paper trail behind the public claims.

EX-025C - Motion 3 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the third motion package. Each motion is part of the record being organized for judicial review.

EX-025D - Motion 4 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the fourth motion package. This index exists so readers can connect public receipts to the court record.

EX-025E - Motion 5 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the fifth motion package. The exhibit index keeps the filings from becoming disconnected paper.

EX-025F - Motion 6 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the sixth motion package. This preview shows there is a filed procedural record behind the argument.

EX-025G - Motion 7 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the seventh motion package. The filing previews are public-facing signposts, not substitutes for the full court file.

EX-025H - Motion 8 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the eighth motion package. The full filing belongs in the case file; the exhibit wall shows the public what exists.

EX-025I - Motion 9 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the ninth motion package. This is part of the case chronology.

EX-025J - Motion 10 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the tenth motion package. This helps readers see the filings instead of hearing that they exist somewhere.

EX-025K - Motion 11 filing preview
FACTFirst page of the eleventh motion package. The record is being built as exhibits, not scattered references.
What is intentionally not public
Some records are not posted here because public posting would create the wrong risk. That includes medical records, cannabis-card material, minors' information, unredacted addresses, private phone numbers, driver's-license information, and native files that should be authenticated before public release.
That does not mean they do not exist.
It means they belong in the private evidence file, discovery file, subpoena file, sealed exhibit, or redacted court filing.
What I need next
If you have a screenshot, video, message, public post, public-record response, dispatch record, bodycam reference, or source file connected to this case work, send it through the site.
Do not send rumors.
Send the receipt.
Send the date.
Send the link.
Send the source file if you have it.
Were you there?
Report what you saw at the D.C. Jail.
If you witnessed these officers — or were held there yourself — say what you saw. Anonymous is fine; leave contact only if we can follow up. Every report is reviewed by hand and becomes part of the record.
Demand an investigation
One tap. Put it in front of the people who can act.
3.9M people have now read how D.C. Jail officers treated pretrial detainees — Americans presumed innocent. @TheJusticeDept Civil Rights Division, @Jim_Jordan, @RepTroyNehls: investigate Lt. Crystal Lancaster and Lt. Telly Allen under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242. The body-cam exists. The record is here: https://realryannichols.com/posts/master-exhibit-index
The point
The exhibits tell the story.
Not a folder.
Not a claim that something exists somewhere.
The receipt itself, in order, with a label and a use.
That is why this page exists.

The document, exactly as filed
Below is the actual filed Master Visual Exhibit Index and Evidence Story Appendix — the amended Exhibit 13 — page by page. It replaces the old text-only matrix with the visual exhibits, screenshots, and video stills the motions reference, while preserving the rule that native files, URLs, metadata, and custodian records are still required for final authentication. One page is intentionally not shown: the medical exhibit (the redacted PTSD / Texas Compassionate Use material) is kept out of this public version to protect private health information, and is preserved in unredacted form for in-camera review.
Page 1 — Cover, purpose, and the classification key I apply to every exhibit.

Public redaction rule
This public page does not publish private addresses, phone numbers, driver's-license data, cannabis-card material, medical records, minors' information, raw private messages that are not necessary to show publicly, or unredacted source files.
Those items can exist in the private evidence file, discovery file, subpoena file, or sealed/redacted court exhibit. They do not belong loose on the internet.
The public version shows what can be shown safely: redacted screenshots, filing previews, video receipts, public posts, public-records demand receipts, and source-chain notes.
Classification key
- FACT - supported by an identified public record, public post, preserved screenshot, filing preview, video file, or official communication.
- RYAN STATEMENT - my personal account, preserved for testimony, declaration, or later corroboration.
- DOCUMENTED INFERENCE - a reasonable connection drawn from identified records, but still something that should be tested.
- NEEDS AUTHENTICATION - a screenshot, message, video, or file that should be authenticated through metadata, native files, platform records, custodian records, subpoena, sworn testimony, or hearing.
- PRIVATE / NOT PUBLIC - the item exists, but the public version is redacted or summarized because it contains sensitive personal information.
