You came for the evidence. Here it is. Every exhibit below is laid out in order — each one with its source, a plain-language label, and why it matters. The full classification key and the complete exhibit list are at the bottom of the page for anyone who wants the reference.

EX-001 - Official allegation baseline

Classification: FACT as a public screenshot. The underlying allegation still needs source records, bodycam, dashcam, CAD, dispatch audio, witness statements, officer reports, and any church video.

Use: This is the starting point. Before arguing over rumors, the record has to preserve the exact public allegation language.

EX-002 - The public story escalation I dispute

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: This is why the bodycam matters. The official public wording and the later public version are not the same thing. If people are going to repeat a version that says I pulled out a gun and pointed it at a vehicle, then the source footage needs to be released.

EX-003 - The Costello video receipt

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: This belongs early because it is part of the source-chain around the church dispute. The point is not to ask readers to take my word for it. The point is to show the clip, preserve the words, and compare it to the story being told about me.

EX-004 to EX-007 - Public thread context after the story spread

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: These exhibits show the environment created after the story was repeated publicly. They do not prove the entire case by themselves. They show why the source records matter and why threats and public exaggerations cannot be ignored.

EX-008 and EX-009 - Treece public comment and Messenger threat

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: This is the clean order: public comment first, polite request to take it down, then threat-language in Messenger. That order matters.

EX-010A - May 12, 2026 Harrison County call summary

Classification: PRIVATE / NOT PUBLIC for the raw transcript. Public summary only.

Use: This shows I reported the other side of the online conduct, told Harrison County about screenshots and videos, raised the disputed public story, asked for records, and was told the call would be documented. The raw transcript contains private caller data and should not be posted publicly in full.

Public summary: I called Harrison County, reported that people were saying and doing worse things to me online than what they were accusing me of, explained that I had receipts, raised the disputed church narrative, raised the need for bodycam and source records, and described why equal treatment matters. That call belongs in the record because it shows I did not just post online. I tried to document it through the county too.

EX-010B - July 13 bodycam history is separate from the church case

Classification: RYAN STATEMENT plus FACT as screenshots. The underlying July 13 bodycam and transcript notes still need courtroom authentication if used in a filing.

Use: This is the correction. The screenshots where I was talking politely with Cindy Black about video-footage cost, processing fees, and Lt. England bodycam belong to a separate July 13, 2025 incident. They do not belong to the May 2026 church case.

Here is the point: this is not my first disputed gun story. My position is that Bonnie Nichols later testified in another hearing that I fired a gun at the house on July 13, 2025. I deny that. My July 13 file says the record instead involves Lt. Ron England, my father-in-law's firearm reach, and bodycam/source footage that should be compared to the accusation.

That prior bodycam-request history matters because it shows why the footage matters now. When a gun story is repeated in court or online, the answer is not rumor. The answer is the bodycam, the report, the dispatch record, the source video, and the exact timeline.

EX-011 to EX-013 - Current church case bodycam requests, in order

Classification: FACT as screenshots, with Ryan's stated legal interpretation marked as RYAN STATEMENT.

Use: This is the current case. This is not the July 13 file. On the church case, Cindy Black wrote that the case was still active and that the call sheet was all she could release at that time. I immediately replied that the bodycam matters because the public story had changed online. Then I sent a second written request with counsel copied in the private source file.

EX-014 to EX-016 - X enforcement receipts

Classification: FACT as screenshots, with underlying platform data needing platform records for full authentication.

Use: This section shows the platform-enforcement side of the record. The point is not that every other person must be banned. The point is that a fair record cannot preserve only my response while ignoring the bait, pile-on, mass-reporting, and threat language aimed at me.

EX-017 to EX-020 - Liam Nissan mass-report source chain

Classification: FACT as screenshots, with underlying platform data needing platform records for full authentication.

Use: This shows how public pile-ons and mass-reporting can distort the record. If a platform action is used against me, the context that produced it belongs in the exhibit chain too.

EX-021 - 55-receipt threat wall, sample batch A

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: This sample batch shows the same pattern repeated by different accounts: prison, death, traitor, hanging, bloodline, and dehumanizing language. The full wall is published in The Record They Can't Bury.

EX-022 - 55-receipt threat wall, sample batch B

Classification: NEEDS AUTHENTICATION.

Use: A single receipt can be dismissed as noise. A wall of receipts is different. These samples point to the broader pattern while the full wall preserves the wider record.

EX-023 - Master exhibit matrix preview

Classification: FACT as a filing preview.

Use: This shows the court-style matrix exists. The public page is not a substitute for the full filing, but it gives readers the structure: exhibit number, source, classification, and use.

EX-024 - Master declaration preview

Use: The declaration is the narrative spine. The screenshots and public posts matter, but the declaration is where I put my account in sworn, organized form.

EX-025 - Motion package previews

Use: These previews show the procedural record exists. They are placed after the underlying receipts because the filings are built from the receipt chain, not the other way around.

What is intentionally not public

Some records are not posted here because public posting would create the wrong risk. That includes medical records, cannabis-card material, minors' information, unredacted addresses, private phone numbers, driver's-license information, and native files that should be authenticated before public release.

That does not mean they do not exist.

It means they belong in the private evidence file, discovery file, subpoena file, sealed exhibit, or redacted court filing.

What I need next

One page is intentionally not shown: the medical exhibit (the redacted PTSD / Texas Compassionate Use material) is kept out of this public version to protect private health information, and is preserved in unredacted form for in-camera review.

Public redaction rule

This public page does not publish private addresses, phone numbers, driver's-license data, cannabis-card material, medical records, minors' information, raw private messages that are not necessary to show publicly, or unredacted source files.

Those items can exist in the private evidence file, discovery file, subpoena file, or sealed/redacted court exhibit. They do not belong loose on the internet.

The public version shows what can be shown safely: redacted screenshots, filing previews, video receipts, public posts, public-records demand receipts, and source-chain notes.

Classification key

• FACT - supported by an identified public record, public post, preserved screenshot, filing preview, video file, or official communication.
• RYAN STATEMENT - my personal account, preserved for testimony, declaration, or later corroboration.
• DOCUMENTED INFERENCE - a reasonable connection drawn from identified records, but still something that should be tested.
• NEEDS AUTHENTICATION - a screenshot, message, video, or file that should be authenticated through metadata, native files, platform records, custodian records, subpoena, sworn testimony, or hearing.
• PRIVATE / NOT PUBLIC - the item exists, but the public version is redacted or summarized because it contains sensitive personal information.
