A verified X parody account literally said "I'm just casually getting your account banned." Then X banned me for 6 days, 23 hours. Here's the pattern.

May 22, 2026. The pattern of events, exactly as it happened. Every screenshot is below in order.

Step 1 — The unprovoked attack. A verified X account called Liam Nissan™ (@theliamnissan, 460,200 followers) opens at me, completely unprovoked:

"You broke the law. Deal with it, fuckbag." — @theliamnissan, 5:02 PM, 5/22/26

No conversation. No prior context. A pardoned man — pardoned by President Trump on January 20, 2025, charges dismissed with prejudice — attacked out of nowhere by a verified blue-check with hundreds of thousands of followers. (Screenshot 1.)

Step 2 — His OWN account is a parody account that quotes the same movie I quoted back at him. His bio reads, verbatim:

"What I have is a particular set of skills; skills that make me a nightmare for Nazi dickbags on the internet. I joke and drive a Nissan (parody)." Location: Parody, TX.

The account is a Liam Neeson / "Liam Nissan" pun. He labels himself parody twice. He builds his whole brand on Taken's "particular set of skills" speech. (Screenshot 2.)

Step 3 — I responded with parody, in kind. I posted a short video quoting the same Taken speech his bio is built on, captioned:

"I don't think you know who you're fucking with..."

A parody of a parody. Matching his tone. Matching his movie reference. Matching his own account's brand. That's how X is supposed to work — speech responds to speech. (See screenshot 1, lower half — Ryan Nichols Sr., 51 seconds after his attack.)

Step 4a — He summons his 460K followers to mass-report me. Instead of replying, he quote-tweets my parody, calls me a "January 6th insurrectionist," and tags a brigade hashtag:

"Hahahah is this jackass January 6th insurrectionist threatening me? A Japanese automobile? 🤣 #smokefleet show him some love" — @theliamnissan, 5:17 PM, 5/22/26

"Show him some love" + a coordinating hashtag = a public call for his followers to brigade my account. (Screenshot 3.)

Step 4b — He ADMITS, on the record, that he is the one orchestrating the ban. A few minutes later, in the same thread, he writes — and this is verbatim:

"Who said I'm scared. I'm just casually getting your account banned for 'trying to find me' as you say. It's a threat." — @theliamnissan, 5:24 PM, May 22, 2026

Read that twice. "I'm just casually getting your account banned." A verified 460K-follower account openly admits in public that he is actively pursuing the suspension of a pardoned J6 defendant's account as retaliation. He frames a Taken-movie quote — which his own bio is built on — as "a threat" to justify the ban he is bragging about engineering. (Screenshot 4.)

Step 5 — X suspends my account. Six days, twenty-three hours. Within minutes the reports land. X — without reviewing the substance — locks my account. Their notice, screenshot below:

"We've temporarily limited some of your account features." "We have determined that you have violated the X Rules, so we've temporarily limited some of your account features. While in this state, you can still browse X, but you're limited to only sending Direct Messages to your followers — no posts, reposts, follows, or likes. Your account will be restored to full functionality in: 6 days and 23 hours."

A pardoned veteran. On a verified-blue platform owned by Elon Musk. Silenced for nearly a full week because a verified 460K-follower "parody" account ADMITTED — in writing — to engineering the ban. (Screenshot 5.)

This violates X's own published rules. Specifically:

  • Platform Manipulation and Spam policy: "You may not use X's services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people's experience on X." A 460K-follower account directing a mass-report campaign IS coordinated suppression. He said it out loud — "I'm just casually getting your account banned."
  • Coordinated Harm policy: "We prohibit any behavior that attempts to leverage participation in or recruit others into a coordinated campaign to engage in harm." "Show him some love" + a brigade hashtag IS recruitment to a coordinated harm campaign.
  • Abusive Behavior policy: "We do not allow people to use insults, profanity, or other expressive language to degrade someone's appearance, target someone with content that aims to harass, or wish, hope, or express desire for harm." "Fuckbag" from a verified 460K-follower account out of the gate at a pardoned veteran IS targeted harassment.

My parody response — quoting his own bio's movie — broke none of these. His attack, his summoned brigade, and his admission broke all three.

X enforced the wrong way. Elon Musk should be ashamed. A platform that lets a verified parody account openly say "I'm just casually getting your account banned" — and then actually does it — is a platform that has chosen sides.

This is exactly why this website exists.

When they shut down my X, I post here. When they shut down my Substack, I post here. When they shut down my Facebook, I post here. realryannichols.com is a domain I own. A feed I write. No algorithm. No throttling. No mass-report ban hammer. Just my words, on my front porch.

I'm teaching every J6 defendant the same playbook. Build your own home. They can ban you from theirs. They cannot ban this.
