Names additional alleged abusers: Corporal Allen (calls detainees insurrections, terrorists, blames them for officer deaths; ignored IGPs); Lieutenant Lancaster (in charge of The Hole solitary; verbal/mental abuse, suspected of bringing drugs into prison); Lieutenant Moore (responsible for gassing prisoners on Veterans Day Nov 11).
