Appeal of IGP # 22091885-797: argues his last IGP was meant to be a formal grievance but was marked informal by Major Marr. He responded to the informal grievance with a formal. Has put in multiple written requests, electronic requests, and grievances about haircuts. On 3/11/22 members of C2B who were vaccinated received a haircut but he was not on the list; after begging 3 officers and the case manager he was finally allowed to get a haircut.
